About
Late To The Party was born from that moment many of us know too well — being diagnosed with ADHD later in life and realising you’ve been living with it all along.
At 40, being told “this has always been there” felt like arriving late to something everyone else seemed to understand already.
The confusion. The relief. The grief. The oh… that explains a lot.
This space exists for people who have lived that experience — and for those who love, support, or work alongside someone with ADHD.
Here, I share real-life ADHD experiences, honest reflections, and gentle, practical support that actually resonates — not quick fixes or unrealistic systems.
Everything at Late To The Party is created with compassion, lived experience, and the belief that you are not broken — your brain just works differently.
If you’d like to stay connected, you’re warmly invited to join our mailing list for supportive tips, ADHD-friendly tools, exclusive discounts, and occasional giveaways. Our YouTube Channel is full of relatable content and updates regularly.
You can also explore the shop for Late To The Party merch, ADHD coaching sessions, body doubling, and other gentle resources designed to work with your brain — not against it.
You’re not late.
You’re right on time.

My Journey
Diagnosed with ADHD at 40, I share honest stories about navigating life’s surprises and finding clarity later than most. The highs and lows followed by the Heartache and Pain, the wins, the losses, before the changes and challenges.

Challenges Faced
The suggestion, the research, the assessment, the diagnosis , the titration, the failed titration, the help, the lack of help.

Looking Ahead
I can't change the past 40 years, but what about the next 40?
